Auto Okktahvouis (Doctor Octopus)

So here is my Doc Ock. He has mostly the physical features as in the comic except a bit younger. His tentacles are a bit more based on the movie version (triangular) as well as its pincers. His chair comes with a back story.

Otto Octavius was a up and coming inventor and businesses man. Owner and co-founder of OTTO-MATICS, a small tech firm that was making big slash's in the new for it's latest invention. The nerve receptor chip that allow people to control machines with thoughts rather then physical manual controls. He demonstrates this to the public by showing off in live TV interviews, his four mechanical arms which he uses to help him in his experiments with assembling parts and lifting heavy objects.

He becomes a celebrity because of this and he starts wearing it in public and in the office.
Everyone starts looking at him as a hero and a innovator of the future including a young Peter Parker who meets him at a career day assembly at school. The fame starts to go to his head, much to the annoyance of his employees and business partner, Phineas Mason (The Tinker). The media has dubbed him Doctor Octopus which he embraces.

As his ego grows his wallet shrinks. Seem Otto sort of lack business sense and keeps pouring company revenue into what he thinks will be the future despite his board of advisers including Mason claiming they are on the verge of bankruptcies if he doesn't slow down. Many including OSCORP have purposed to buy him out which he refuses of course claiming that soon his company will hit pay dirt on its own and this makes Mason less then happy that his partner is willing to risk all they have built just because of his pride. Then one faithful day just before he leaves the office building there is a radiation rupture in one of the development labs . He goes to check it out and try's to stop it, claiming he wont let his life's work to be destroyed. He dons on his mechanical arms.
Short version: Otto gets blasted by radiation.
Otto is in critical coma
Otto awakes and finds his company has been sold while he was out
Otto goes baboon crazy
Otto discovers his nerve receptor has been fussed to his nerve system and becomes one with his
mechanical arms
Otto try's to kill who ever he thinks conspired against him
Otto fights Spider-Man and the so on and so forth
